Change search functions to use Custom Google Search

We should have 2 buttons, one for search and one for Go.  The search button will use Google search results and the Go will take them to either the Tag or Node pages.

Instead of buttons, we should use two icons, a tag with magnifying glass and a binoculars, or something similar.  The tag one is the tag search and the other is google powered.

put the word "search" ghosted out by default similar to login.
